Privacy & Consent settings
Key privacy practices built into MirrorNex:
Privacy Notice & Consent Prompt
The try-on modal displays a clear privacy notice and consent checkbox before a shopper uploads a photo.
Automatic Photo Deletion
Photos processed without saved-look consent are deleted within 24 hours. Photos saved with shopper consent in Style Room (My Looks) are retained for up to 12 months.

Shopper-initiated deletion
Shoppers can delete their own saved data through Style Room (My Looks):
- Visit your store and open Style Room (My Looks)
- Navigate to Saved Looks or Privacy settings
- Select individual photos to delete or choose to remove all saved data
When a shopper deletes photos or revokes consent, their uploaded images and generated looks are removed from storage immediately.
Merchant-initiated deletion
To request deletion of all data for your store:

Include your store URL and the email associated with your Shopify account
We'll process your request within 30 days
Uninstalling the app
When you uninstall MirrorNex:
- All store settings and data are deleted within 48 hours
- Customer photos are permanently deleted
- The try-on widget and size guide links automatically stop appearing on your store
