Free Try-Ons
Every store gets 5 free try-ons per month. This resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Free try-ons are perfect for:
- Testing the feature before going live
- Low-traffic stores just getting started
- Evaluating the quality of results
Pay As You Go ($0.25/try-on)
After your free try-ons, each additional try-on costs $0.25. This includes:
- AI processing — we handle everything
- No API key needed
- Billed through Shopify at the end of each month
- No minimum commitment
Example: If your customers use 100 try-ons in a month, your bill would be: 5 free + (95 × $0.25) = $23.75
BYOK — Bring Your Own Key ($0.03/try-on)
For high-volume stores, you can connect your own AI provider API key. You pay:
- $0.03 platform fee per try-on (to MirrorNex)
- AI costs directly to your provider (varies by provider)
This is best for stores with:
- High try-on volume (100+ per month)
- Existing AI provider accounts
- Need for cost optimization

What counts as a try-on?
One try-on = one generated image. Specifically:
- Customer uploads a photo and generates a try-on result = 1 try-on
- Same customer tries a different product = another try-on
- Failed generations (errors) do not count
- Viewing previous results does not count
No hidden fees
MirrorNex has no:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Setup or installation fees
- Minimum commitments
- Cancellation fees
Simple rule: Pay only for try-ons your customers actually use. Uninstall anytime and billing stops immediately.
