Slow processing times

MirrorNex try-on typically generates results in about 30 seconds. If you're experiencing slower times, here's what might be causing it.

What's normal?

• Up to 40 seconds: Normal processing time
• 40 to 60 seconds: Busy period (high traffic across the network)
• Over 60 seconds: Check the troubleshooting factors below

Factors affecting speed

1. Image size

Larger images take longer to upload and process. For faster results:

• Use images under 4MB when possible
• Avoid ultra-high-resolution raw camera photos
• Standard smartphone photos work great

2. Network connection

A slow internet connection affects upload time. The AI processing happens on our secure servers, but the image must be uploaded first.

3. Peak usage times

During high-traffic shopping periods, temporary queues can occur. Scale and Pro plans include priority queue processing to maintain fast rendering during high demand.

Tips for faster processing

• Use optimized product images (we recommend 1024x1024 for best balance)
• Ensure customers have a stable internet connection
• Upgrade to Scale or Pro for priority rendering during high traffic

If processing consistently takes over 60 seconds

Contact support with:

• Your store URL
• Approximate time when slowness occurred
• Product link where try-on was tested
