Pricing FAQ

What counts as a try-on?

One finished try-on image is one try-on. If a render fails, it doesn't count. Viewing a past result doesn't count.

What happens when I go past my included try-ons?

On monthly billing, try-ons keep working. Each extra one is billed at your plan's rate ($0.25 on Free and Sizing, $0.15 on Growth, $0.11 on Scale, $0.08 on Pro) on your normal Shopify bill. Your dashboard shows usage and the rate as you go. Yearly plans work differently (see below).

Can I limit how many try-ons my shoppers use?

Yes. Choose which products show try-on, and on Growth and above set how many try-ons each customer group gets.

Are imports charged?

No. Uploading a chart image, pasting from Excel, CSV import and importing from product descriptions are all free and don't use try-ons.

Can I change plans?

Any time, from the app. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted. Products and charts you already have keep working, and you can't add new ones past the smaller plan's limit.

Is there a yearly option?

Yes. Every paid plan is 15% cheaper when you pay for a year upfront. For example, Growth is $19.99 a month, or $203.90 a year, which works out to $16.99 a month.

Do yearly plans include the same try-ons?

Yes, the same number every month. Yearly plans can't be billed for extra try-ons, so try-ons pause when you reach your monthly allowance and start again the next month. If you expect to go over, choose monthly billing or the next plan up.

How am I billed?

Through Shopify, on your normal Shopify invoice. No separate card. Monthly plans are billed each month. Yearly plans are billed once a year.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Uninstall the app and billing stops. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Yearly plans are paid upfront and aren't refunded for the unused months.
