Stay on top of your MirrorNex usage to manage costs and understand how customers are using virtual try-on.
Viewing current usage

Open MirrorNex
Go to Apps → MirrorNex in your Shopify admin. -
Check the dashboard
Your current billing period usage is displayed prominently, showing:- Free try-ons used (out of 5)
- Paid try-ons used
- Estimated cost this period

View detailed analytics
Go to the Analytics section for detailed breakdowns by product, date, and more.
Understanding the Plan & Usage page
The Plan & Usage page shows:
- Current plan — your plan, its included try-ons and your rate for extra try-ons
- Billing period — When your current cycle started and ends
- Usage breakdown — Included try-ons used (for example, 68 of 75) and extra try-ons
- Estimated charges — What you'll owe at the end of the period
Cost management tips
- Moving up a plan lowers the price of every extra try-on: $0.15 on Growth, $0.11 on Scale, $0.08 on Pro.
- Set customer allowances on Growth and above to limit try-ons per customer group.
