MirrorNex uses Shopify's built-in billing system. All charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate payment method needed. Depending on your plan, your bill includes up to two parts: your plan's price, and any extra try-ons past your included amount (on monthly plans).
Yearly plans
If you choose yearly billing, Shopify charges the full year once, on the day you subscribe, and again each year on that date. There are no extra try-on charges on yearly plans.
How monthly billing works
-
Usage is tracked throughout the month
Every try-on your customers use is counted in real-time. You can see current usage in your MirrorNex dashboard. -
Charges are calculated at month end
At the end of your Shopify billing cycle, MirrorNex calculates your total usage minus your plan's included try-ons. -
Appears on your Shopify invoice
The charge shows up as "MirrorNex" on your regular Shopify bill, alongside your Shopify subscription and other app charges. -
Paid with your Shopify payment method
The charge is automatically paid using whatever payment method you have on file with Shopify.
When am I billed?
MirrorNex follows your Shopify billing cycle:
- If your Shopify billing date is the 15th, MirrorNex charges are calculated on the 15th
- Usage from the previous billing period is totaled
- The charge appears on that cycle's Shopify invoice
What if I have no usage?
On the Free plan with no extra try-ons, nothing is charged. On a paid plan you're charged the plan price each cycle, whether or not shoppers use try-on.
Uninstalling and billing
When you uninstall MirrorNex, billing stops immediately in accordance with Shopify app subscription rules. Any usage accrued up to that point appears on your next Shopify invoice.
